St. Bernadette Parish

Adult Confirmation Program:
Yearly program to prepare unconfirmed adults of the parish to continue their faith journey through the reception of this sacrament.

Adult Enrichment:
To assist in the planning and implementation of adult enrichment opportunities in the parish. Adult Enrichment is led by Barb Lemke.

Baptismal Preparation Leader:
Leads the class of those wanting to have their children baptized in meetings to discuss the meaning of the sacrament and to share the joys and challenges of being a Christian parents.


	Helper for Transportation: Parish member to help in giving transportation to parishioners in need of assistance.

	Hospital Visitation: Pastoral visitation to hospitalized parishioners including prayer and scripture. Training is required and will be provided by St. Elizabeth's Hospital Spiritual Services Department.

	Homebound/Nursing Home Visitation: Social visit to homebound or nursing home parishioners once or twice monthly.

	Pre-Marriage Enrichment: Assist couples planning to be married by expanding their communication skills and enabling them to address issues they will face in marriage. Program is also known as the FOCCUS Program (Facilitating Open Couple Communication, Understanding and Study). Training is provided by the Diocese.

	RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation: To be a sponsor, catechist, and/or provide hospitality for adults who are becoming Catholic.

	Women's Fellowship: The purpose of this ministry is to affirm, support, encourage, and assist women in response to their needs.
